Ah. No. That's really fucking stupid. You could make an argument that the universe makes being good an easy choice for him, but insisting that he'd be evil by necessity is cringe.
People are just people.
I think the core message of superman is that good parentage is quintessential. Which says a lot about people who shit on that.
