No disrespect to the profession, but after seeing multiple therapists I'm honestly worse than when I started

A therapist is a mechanic for your brain.
They might know what's wrong and how to fix it or they might just recommend endless fiddly nonsense in order to keep you onboard. The perverse incentive is pretty strong and so is the motivation to never admit you just don't know.
