Is the scorecard glitchy for anyone else?

Not sure what's going on, but sometimes the scorecard just doesn't count things. I just did the train level and I used 2 supers, and somehow I got a 0/6 on my scorecard for it. I hit the boss when I used it both times if it even matters.
The parry score is fucky too, sometimes it doesn't count things for some reason.
And the skill rating always fluctuates for me. I've read online that the skill rating is just whatever difficulty level you picked, and I've always chosen regular. Yet sometimes I get 0 stars, 1 star, or 2 stars. It seems random.
