2014 6.7 2500 u-connect climate control issue

2014 lone star 2500. U-connect issue with climate control. Turning the ac on, fan speed, heat etc all works as it should. I have an issue of which vents it blows out of, but only when it chooses. 9 times out of 10, doesn't matter which vent setting I pick, it blows on my feet. 1 out of 10, it'll let me choose which vents and I can switch between them no problems. Wtf is going on?
