If you have not yet used a shower nozzle enema, do it! It will change your anal adventure for the better! Some tips; 1) be sure you have a diet with enough fiber (I use a mix of Psylum powder and Psylum husk, 3 3 tablespoon servings a day) that your poop is not watery or greasy. 2) do your best to empty your bowels first 3) remove the grate from the shower drain 4) adjust the body temp water flow from the nozzle to a weak stream, we are irrigating, not water blasting 5) have a shower head also flowing over you and the shower floor 5) put the nozzle a couple inches inside and clench as it fills you 6) stop after 10 or 15 seconds 7) pull out the nozzle, hold for a lil bit and LET IT BLOW 8) rinse the shower floor 9) repeat 5 thru 8 until clean and a couple more for fun! 10) enjoy clean, relaxed fun
