I never thought it would happen. Culver's has been the only major fast food chain that has been able to thrive without the use of delivery services. It is against some of their core values: every guest must leave happy, and delivery rarely works for that. Culver's itself if not cooked recently is honestly terrible. Business wise, I understand that it's smart to do; the amount of money that comes from delivery is astounding, but one of the things that makes Culver's so special is the dedication to making people not feel like they're simply getting some food, but they're getting the experience of coming to Culver's and they get to feel like a family.
Here is the link for the article I found proving it. Clearly, it's a very new thing, but it's happening. For further proof if you go on to DoorDash right now there are some specific Culver's that have it already set up.
For clarification I know I'm being a bit dramatic since most locations aren't able to provide that experience anyways, but regardless this is absolutely huge. I would argue it's honestly bigger then the change of the POS or removing the snack pack.
yep, my location has it now!
