So I go through the drive thru and order 2 kids meals. No desserts. Both tokens are torn off the bag and missing. What gives? Can’t help but think employees are running some scheme here.
at my store, we prep kids bags by opening them, tearing off the tickets of half the opened ones, and lining them up on the counter. this store might've done that and just grabbed the wrong bag. if you go back with the receipt that shows you didn't order custard, they might give them to you. if employees use the kids free custard tokens it'd look very suspicious, so i don't think they stole them on purpose.
