I am still waiting on any response from PHC. They have never taken this long to answer back an email. I get that there is a wait because of the influx of orders from Black Friday, however, I am just looking for a response. I emailed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I just need confirmation that the order was received since I never got an automated email saying such and have been charged. I don’t want to have to dispute the charge but they are kinda pushing me to that point.

I have spoken to a few of you that were in the same boat but they received automated emails. They ordered on Friday and got shipping confirmations yesterday. I will give it some more time and see what happens. Hoping to get this resolved without having to dispute anything. PHC has been great in the past with customer service so I’m not sure what’s going on.
