Has anyone been able to reach PHC lately?? Any other way besides the info email they have. I’ve tried emailing them but haven’t heard back from them yet. I have heard back from them pretty quickly on a previous email.
I ordered on Monday and got a receipt but never got a confirmation email. The charge went through so I don’t know if it is good on their end or not. Just needing confirmation and if possible a tracking number.
I understand they might be busy with Black Friday orders but shouldn’t the confirmation email come to me automatically??
Any help is appreciated!!
