IMPORTANT INFORMATION r/Cuckold Banned - 11/1/23

The Moderator of r/Cuckold stated the subreddit was banned and taken down due to moderator inactivity, although he claims he has active mod logs showing that is false. It’s uncertain if the subreddit will be coming back online or not. Hopefully it does come back online soon, as I like many of you have met some amazing people and had hot times through the forum.

There was some iconic content on there that was lost. Would be great to build the archive back up so feel free to share any of your old stuff here if you have the time.

Working on driving traffic from the r/Cuckold follower base in case it’s gone for good so anticipate new eye balls over the next few days on content posted. If you are able to help at all with this, it’d be much appreciated since the whole community has lost out on the reach of the original subreddit and it’ll take a village to rebuild that.

COMMUNITY MODERATORS: 11/1/23

As I’ve been reached out to about this:

Once (if) the sub grows to 5k followers, I’m going to be adding community moderators to the page to help with managing the responsibilities and house keeping tasks of curating the page. It is quite limited in work required right now.

The most democratic way I can think of at the moment until a more permanent idea comes about [open to suggestion] is compiling a list of anyone who is serious about moderating the page that has been a consistent contributor to the previous community, has a solid reputation as a cuckold couple or bull, and is vouched for as a decent human. From there, adding everyone on the list into a random name picker online, and for the time being rotating 3-5 people every month or two to help with the tasks of answering mod mail and removing solicitation or spam. My hope is that would allow this to be a community based subreddit that would provide transparency in the mod logs / mod mail / moderation and any actions taken and prevent abuse by any moderators.

Moderator Oversight

There will be no bans or post removals unless there is a clear violation of the Reddit Terms of Service and Subreddit rules. Even in that scenario, posters will be reached out to - to remedy the rule violation before any bans are considered.

Any “non-cuckold” related content with a misleading title will also be removed.

POST FREQUENCY 11/1/23

For the time being as the sub scales and grows, users are allowed to post multiple times a day in order to populate the archives to keep engagement high. I encourage everyone to share their old content here or favorites from the r/Cuckold page that were wiped out. OG r/Cuckold followers will appreciate this. Eventually it will be tapered down to once a day once the page reaches a stable community of followers.

VERIFICATION

No verification is required at the moment, and if it is implemented into will be on a voluntarily basis. Those who are verified will have their own flare for easier search.
