Was curious about how people ended up convincing your gf/wife. Did she instantly agree and jump at the idea? or did you have to gradually introduce the idea? Am somewhat starting from zero and wanted to hear how others succeeded, though am thankful that this subreddit has already given me some good advice on how to potentially introduce the idea.
