As the title says, how do you experienced couples approach a potential bull who may not know anything about the stag vixen dynamic?

A little background- we have dabbled in this a little over the past few years. Our neighbors have a handyman working at their house, who we then met and actually started having him do some things around our house as well. My wife has always been super attracted to this guy. She has even tried making small talk and flirting with him in the past when he has been working at our house. The problem has been he was in a relationship, so we didnt want to push it too far. Recently we found out he is now single. This put my wife into a frenzy. She wants this guy BAD.

So my question to the more experienced couples here is, how should I, her husband, approach this man and bring the topic up? Just wanting to see what others have done and been sucessful with.
