We had had good success finding bulls on Reddit. However, when we post an ad, we get a ton of replies. We get so many replies that it becomes challenging just to keep up with the chats. If we take a weekend trip, or just get busy for a few days, our inbox becomes overwhelming. So we have lost track of some chats. We have also had situations where we had a few good bulls and, once she moved forward with one potential bull, others became upset. But, on the other hand, we have also encountered people who sounded great on Reddit and never even bothered to show up for a coffee meeting.

How do you manage your search in a fair way? How do you tell otherwise good bulls that you have moved forward with another bull? Is there an accepted way to break the news that people in the lifestyle just understand?
