How to punish cucky/subs without having a reason?

So I can say something like
- I am punishing you for no reason.
- I am punisihing you cause I am just in the mood for it.
- I can punish him for having a small dick that he can't control of (have done this numerous times so I am looking for more ideas)
He doesn't like bringing relationship issues where he doesn't do something and we settle it with talking, later I bring it up during punishments to simply have a reason to punish and to talk while doing it. So I respect his boudaries and I also understand that it can hurt mentally cause it was a genuine mistake.
He is into sph, femdom, degradation, feminization.
I want to spice up my game and more it more fun so help me guys.
