My best advice is tell her to bring it up to him. I had a hotwife hit on me at a get together and then shouted over to the husband "you approve right?" and he just nodded. It was a casual bbq/pool party. It's almost always better when the female initiates it and drives the train and calls the shots.

You should be having some earnest discussions with your girlfriend about what your boundaries, limits, concerns and proposed actions are going to involve. Do that WAY before you talk to the guy.
