Feelings of being turned on and embarrassed at the same time

Every so often if I'm out I'll notice a guy whos my girlfriend's type. Then I think him fucking her and get turned on but feel this shame about having the thought. I don't like humiliation type stuff but interestingly enough like stuff about her playing behind my back and them 'sneaking around'
Any tips on how to consolidate these feelings? Or is this just how it is?
