How to proceed?

So the wife and been discussing sharing for some time now. She has never rejected always been open to it. She has flirted when on vacation and even almost kissed a guy. We have used toys etc too. Other day the topic came up. She said it’s more my thing. She said this but yet still always entertains the idea etc. I go well on vacation once a year or so would be fun and she agreed. Any advice how to proceed? Thanks.
