Sexual rewards

Hello everyone!
A year ago or so I started a rewards system. If my wife did something “slutty” she got a reward. This could be sending me something sexy while I was at work, wearing something hot, masterbating alone, etc.
The reward has historically been giving her oral. But now I’m thinking I should expand that reward pool. Not sure what else to do to encourage this kind of behavior. Any suggestions?
