So I’m not a photographer and know nothing about it other than point my phone and push a button.

My question is for the couples and bulls into photos and videos. What is the best set up you’ve found to get all you want and not spend $2k on a new camera.

My plan is

1) to use my phone camera for close ups, photos, angles, etc. But I may not want to mess with it the whole time so I can sit back and enjoy too.

2) get a new camera and tripod to set up in the room. This will mainly be to record and not miss a moment. Might move around a bit but I plan to set it and forget it throughout most of it.

My concerns are 1) quality of photo and video 2) recording in dim lighting or night 3) price 4) WiFi capable is a plus for sharing

Anyone have any suggestions on what works best for you and what equipment you use to get the job done.
