Ideas on how to break the ice with Skype or Omegle?

I was just thinking that perhaps getting my girl to become comfortable with talking and flirting on something like Omegle would be a low pressure way to get her into the habit of talking to other guys? What would be the best way to position the cam if we are both wanting to be in on the action? Any ideas for things to chat about, things to get her more interested and the other guy thinking more dominant?
