2 years after injury, having surgery, and still having problems.
Post Body

I have been struggling with pain and not having strength still and nothing I do fixes it. I try hard to be ā€œnormalā€ and push the limits but I donā€™t think I realistically can. I got hurt originally at work by bumping my elbow. I am going to see a QME and talk about disability percentage cause in the end the original doctor and I said I was at 0 but now I feel like there is damage to the nerve itself and not just compression in the tunnel causing the problem.

I wear a compression sleeve every day and night and even have one for my wrist. My pinky and ring finger I often rape together and have thought about getting velcro splints. Things donā€™t seem easy when all I can do for relief is keep my elbow to my finger tips immobilized but thatā€™s no way to live life at 25 with your dominate arm being the injured arm. Any suggestions?
