Tips for pain?
Post Body

A year ago I hurt my nerve by hitting it on a metal corner. I had surgery 3 months ago. I have since been in PT. Most likely had Covid with bad body aches (I contemplated asking my family to buy me adult diapers so I didn’t have to get up to go pee. But that sounded like it would take more work in the long run). I have been dealing with a lot of pain starting in the evenings, all night and ending in the mornings. The day time it comes and goes depending on what I do.

At night I will wake up and feel like I can’t bend my arm unless I hold my elbow tightly and force it. I talked to my doctor who said I will have a long recovery and expect over a year before I’m normal again
