tendinopathy induced cubital tunnel syndrome
Post Body

hey all,

I’ve had 4 EMGs done with no signs of neuropathy, but have all the symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome. i’ve recently found that foam rolling my medial epicondyle (where I have mild golfer’s elbow) drastically decreased my ring pinky finger tremor for a few minutes.

For this reason, I strongly believe that my medial epicondyle, which is tendinopathic (since i have golfer’s elbow in this area) is pinching the ulnar nerve, giving me symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome.

I am going to continue foam rolling, doing my golfer’s elbow exercises, and stretching over the next few months to see what happens. I’ve worked my way up to 2 sets of 25 reps (2 lbs) of regular / reverse wrist curls.

I think with continuation of these exercises, I can remodel the collagen fibers in the medial epicondyle area so they are no longer pinching the ulnar nerve, hence relieving me of CTS symptoms altogether.
