Cubital Tunnel for a year now… moving from right arm to left arm
Post Body

Hello, I have cubital tunnel symptoms for about a year now. Symptoms are as follows: inner/outer elbow and wrist and pinky tingling. Pain on ring finger pins on shoulder. Began on right arm after spraining wrist multiples times. Had wrist mri 6 mo ago that showed healthy wrist. Clean EMG 6 mo ago. About 3 months ago shoulder blade began flaring up. Had neck mri and elbow mri that came back clean. Doc suggested surgery at elbow to clean up any fat or scar tissue buildup but isn’t sure that would clear up shoulder blade issues. So, I avoid it. About a month ago my right arm began to feel a lot better after nerve glides but left arm began to flare up after nerve glides. Right arm seems a lot better now but can’t flare down left arm now. Went for a second opinion with another ortho surgeon, he thinks neck might be cause and suggested cortisone steroid shots as well as elbow surgery on right arm to clean up any scar tissue. Thoughts?
