Anybody know how to mod the game so that spirit stones can be set to your weapon's power level?

I find it incredibly frustrating that you have to hunt for spirit stones of your weapons power level and 10 levels below in order to even put them on your weapon. I assume spirit stones will be changed so that they are in general more rare, but can be equipped on any weapon no matter it's level.

Right now, I have an inventory full of about 40 of each type of spirit stones, however they are all of varying power levels. Is there a simple way (preferably without cheat engine) to mod the spirit stones' levels?
