Why does every cheat now a days look very similar?

I haven't been back to CS in over 5 years, with the minor exception of a few providers why does every cheat look exactly the same? Is there a common code being used? Is everyone just a reseller now? Is nothing unique anymore?
Any suggestions for the safest and best legitbot?
