Verge (XVG) Withdraw Endlessly "Processing"

Like the title says, I started a withdraw of my Verge on 03/19/2018 at 11:28:00 AM and it's still processing. I keep reading about folks with withdraw issues and now I'm worried I'm caught up in it too.

I realize the wallet was just upgraded so I'm wondering if that could be causing some issues. I'm also completely unable to CANCEL my withdraw request (a simple function I'm quite surprised is not offered given the amount of withdraw issues Cryptopia suffers). So I can't even trade out for some other unaffected coin.

I feel stuck yet again. I put in a quick support ticket but of course was met with the "we'll get to you in a month" statement. /u/froufrou391 I'm just going to ask you directly. What's my best course of action for this situation?
