March 19th the new staking requirements come into play. So it'll cost $400 (I'm in the US) for Ruby and so on for the higher tiered cards. My question is since I have already staked 5,000 CRO at a low price and have my Ruby card, come March 19th will my gains of that 5,000 CRO go down and stay at $400? If that is true should I unstake just before to capitalize on my gains and just re-stake on the 19th with the $400?

If this is what is going to happen... can we except that many people will be doing this? Thus the price of CRO tanks just before the 19th? Just thought of all of this today... or since the ones who have staked before then would be "grandfathered" in and we can just unstake and re-stake to collect the profits whenever?
