Help… how do I purchase crypto with my debit card again

So I sold all my cryptocurrency and got into United States dollar which is now I’m a debit card. I don’t have the physical debit card only the digital one.. Can anyone show me how I can repurchase my crypto or any crypto from the same app problem is every time I try to make the purchase it shows that there is zero dollars but I have money in the account. I don’t know what steps to take. I’m always stuck in this position really help.
