Sent BTC from my wallet to App. Still pending after a day.

I have sent BTC to my app and it was confirmed on the blockchain. It shows as pending on the app. It’s been a day with no confirmation. It’s not the first time I have sent BTC to my app. Last time it took an hour to be confirmed in the app. This time it’s been over a day. Is that normal? Why to do?
