Hey guys! This post is the seventh and penultimate part in our series 'Getting APIs on the Blockchain'. In the previous parts we covered the history of the concept of an API, the intricacies of connecting APIs from what has been defined as 'web 2.0' with blockchain-based smart contracts, the idea of first-party oracles, and the process of quantifying security on-chain.
In this part we delve into a bit of the theory behind DAOs, along with explaining our approach in applying them to the API3 DAO. Do feel free to provide your feedback!
