So I've been involved with a variety of cryptos for a while now but there are so many new currencies it's hard to keep up. A friend messaged me about electroneum, which is due to be released in September and this is my first time hearing about it.
I found this article on it and that's about it. It's claiming to be so user friendly that anyone can mine and buy and sell merely using a mobile app.
My cousin, who is a network admin has gotten into mining other cryptos and he said when it comes to mining there's a lot of code to compile, test, and adjust. Electroneum is seemingly claiming to automate that which is where my cousin said things need to go because it is possible and it would make it way more user friendly.
So my question is, is electroneum a game changer or not?
edit - those researching this now that the ico has begun are going to find "advertisers" in the comments below essentially saying "hey shucks, sounds good to me, here's my referral code" which i get is one way to get the word out but sure cheapens the sincerity of it.
