I know there's a lot of uncertainty in global markets at the moment. Everyone is supposedly being cautious until the fed press conference later today. I've been holding Matic for a long time. Hodl'd through all the dips and pumps last year. Finally sold about 5% below it's ATH and bought back in when the price dipped. Obviously it ended up dipping a lot more than I anticipated. I ended up being dumb and selling. I still sold for a 25% profit on my initial investment. I decided I'd be patient and wait for the crash to stablize and for the fed meeting to conclude. I guess most of us are assuming that there would be a dip in the run up or immediately after the fed oress conference. Matic ended up dropping to a very good price for me but I still stayed patient and didn't buy. Now it's up over 20% in the past 2 or 3 days and now I'm stuck. If I buy back in now, I'll have less Matic than I had when I sold. If I buy back in now, I run the risk of enduring a dump if investors don't like what the fed has to say today. If I don't do anything and keep waiting, I run the risk of missing out on a rally today. It's so frustrating how quickly crypto can change. Knowing my luck, crypto is gunna dump hard if I buy in now.

Edit I didn't sell for a loss. At the same time, I wasn't gunna let £47k profit dwindle down to a loss. Ended up selling with a £13k profit. In hindsight I should've sold sooner and bought back a couple days ago when Matic hit about £0.97. Now it's at £1.20 up over 20%. I'm glad I didn't blindly hodl, if I did, I'd be down horrendously. For all of those who are confused where patience comes into all of this, I was being patient in waiting for the fed speech today. Even after Matic dropped to £0.97, I didn't buy. If I hadn't been so patient, I could've bought back around that price and be up over 20% in just a couple of days. Now I'm hoping there's a dump after the press conference today so I can buy back..It's not hard to understand if you take off your hodl goggles that are clearly making some of y'all blind and delusional.
