So about a week ago, I ran across 3 different faucet lotteries.
Figured, what the heck. If its a scam - and there are red flags, worst that they do is not allow me to withdraw the "earnings".
Sure enough, well before I've hit their withdraw minimums, I get a popup saying that the free period has ended and if I want to continue using the lottery, I'll have to deposit x amount of each coin. I assume this is where they would lock the account or the amount would otherwise disappear if someone were to do so.
I've already changed the password to the email I used to make an account with them, and I have 2FA on all of my stuff so I'm not too worried about it.
Just thought I would ask if anyone else here had used them, and if so what your experience was, before I go and trash the accounts entirely. Thanks in advance!
