What are moons here and how can you use them?

Just curious as I've seen alot of people mentioning passive ways to gain crypto lately and one I see mentioned alot is moons. How do you set up a moon wallet? What can you use moons for? Is this a hold moon or fold moon? I ask the last part because I've seen people mention that the price varies and right now is exceptionally high value. Any help understanding is much appreciated.
