I understand that "differences" isn't precisely what I mean, since a Satoshi is only a smaller denomination of Bitcoin - what I want to know is differences in purchasing.
If one is a smaller denomination of the other - cents to dollars - then buying $x amount of Satoshis should have the same value as if you spent that same amount on Bitcoin, correct?
If thats accurate, why should a person buy one over the other? Pros/cons for each?
Or is it just that with Satoshis, you get to say that you have a thousand Satoshis, instead of saying that you only have .000whatever of Bitcoin?
