How do you get early entry into New or rare cryptos?

I keep jumping from app to app looking for a legitimate tool to buy crypto. A lot of them have very limited markets or only list a crypto after its grown 2,000%.

I understand that it's high risk, but I want early access to newer cryptos through a reputable trading platform. Any suggestions?

I am trying to use Binance.us, but I'm in Texas and it's not available.

Edit : As an example, I've been trying to buy TRX for months. I was trying to buy $1k of it at $0.01. It's now holding at $0.13. I'm not looking for the next bitcoin. I'm looking to double or better my investment, which happens a lot as long as you have early entry on a reputable coin.
