I'm usually an active redditor and i always like to throw in my thoughts here and there. Lately i've been having this weird feeling whenever i get the thought of commenting on a post. It's like i think to myself this is not r/CryptoCurrency so my comment even if it gathered karma will not be worth anything here so why bother.

I was literally happy doing it earlier but now that i know that my comments can be rewarded with money here, it just feels not worth it to put effort on commenting anywhere else.

I'm not sure if this is good thing, one can say it might promote other subs to adopt a similar approach and at some point be able to reward content creators/writers/bloggers across reddit in a decentralized fashion which would be awesome.

It could also be considered a bad thing where it promotes selfishness. Perhaps i would have added value to someone else, but because my karma is not being rewarded i decided against it.

What do you guys think? Anyone else feels this way?
