It would be a cool idea if vault was a hardware wallet app or external app so the user can feel safe displaying his moon balance on his profile while the funds are offline.

Even if Moons don't go much higher than now, I've seen this concern floating around and also having Moons Leader-board makes the top earners potentially vulnerable to hackers.
I like that vault is integrated in reddit mobile, but if there was also the option to have it as a standalone wallet app that can be downloaded either on the same or different device or hardware wallet then a user can link to his reddit account while have the funds secure on an offline or other device.
