Is the Bitcoin drop correlated to the Stock Market crash?

Nvidia just crashed 18% after earning and another 9% today. Amazon got dumped 25% since the start of October. All stocks are in red.
I've noticed that when stocks go up, crypto tends to follow. Everything is in Red at the moment and I was just wondering if there's any correlation.
