Hi! I just got a MEW wallet in preparation for the upcoming Crypto Airdrops, and some of the websites I've seen on receiving tokens from Airdrops state that you should make sure your wallet has some kind of transaction, either giving or receiving Etherium tokens (to prove to the Crypto releasers that you're legit). Otherwise, you may not receive tokens from the Airdrops.

Two questions:

1) Can a brand-new wallet receive tokens from Airdrops? Have y'all had issues receiving Airdrop tokens? Is this information correct?

2) If this information is correct, how do I facilitate a small transaction of this kind?
