So this boy is one of my brothers friends. He lives in my neighborhood and our parents know each other a fair amount. My brother is his best friend but my brother does not like him nearly as much.

Anyways I started getting a crush on him in July. I was able to get his phone number fairly easily. After that we barely talked other then when my brother would invite him over. Then on Halloween he came over and we got each other’s Discord’s.

Since then he has started several conversations on their. We have voice chatted a lot playing Among Us. Whenever he comes over, I try to participate without intruding on their time. I compliment him a lot and we tease a lot back and forth.

At this point I’m fine being friends but I think he has a crush on me and I can’t not know anymore/wouldn’t mind being in a relationship. I would wait for him to do something but his last crush he waited 2yr until she moved away and never told her and I’m going to college in less then a year so I can’t wait that long. My main concern is I don’t want to mess things up between us or our families because I don’t think it’s fair to my brother.
