This all started in October of last year. I had a major crush on a girl in my acapella group. Mind you we barely talked outside of the group but there was a good amount of flirting exchanged between the both of us. Things such as her dragging me away from a conversation so we could talk alone, singing nothings gonna stop us now together, hand holding, hugs, and things of that nature. I was obsessed, but I never made my move because I thought she was dating someone. Over Christmas break I basically was in a relationship. I thought I was over her so when we came back this semester it was no big deal and we chatted like friends. Then at some point she kissed my face not once but multiple times and the flirt continued. I tried to ignore the feelings and basically did because I thought I was over her until yesterday. I made an Instagram post yesterday of my senior pictures in support of this years seniors. I rarely ever get comments on my photos so when I saw she commented I was surprised and then I read the comment and I felt like my heart was going to stop. She said and I quote “Wow you’re gorgeous. I’m floored???” With 3 heart eyes emojis. Now when I tell you this made me warm and fuzzy it was like I had butterflies from my head to my toe. It made me happy and I’ve been depressed lately but I’m really unsure what it means. She sends a lot of mixed signals. I don’t want to be hooked on the thought of her liking me and I know I should make a move but I’m scared. I’ve been rejected a lot in my life and I don’t want it to happen again. So essentially I’m asking for advice to figure out if she actually likes me without asking her.

Tl:Dr I thought I was over my crush until she commented on my Instagram post with a flirtatious message. What can I do to see if she likes me without asking her?
