So I was talking to my friend who I kind of like. Sheâs really peppy and pretty, so it never seems out of the ordinary when she greets me with a big smile, a hi, and a wave every time we see each other. I had a pretty long convo with her when we crossed paths one day. I wish I could tell you about what happened in the convo, but I really canât remember. It just seemed like a friendly conversation. I complemented her, she complemented me, etc. however, I was talking to some friends who oversaw the conversation a few days later, and they said âdude, that girl looked like she was flirting with youâ. I was happy, because like I said, I like her, but I was also taken off guard. Keep in mind that I have social anxiety and a poor self image, and I have a tendency to physically tune out positive things in social situations.
Tl;dr - my friends say that a girl they donât know I like is flirting with me, but I didnât think she was. I have social anxiety, and have a tendency to tune out positive things in social situations
