Which rulers do you think were real life “Living Legends”?

Was just thinking about the fame/devotion levels after a particularly successful Emperor of Kanem run; which rulers of the era do you think would have been the equivalent of “The Living Legend” and/or Religious Icon. Aside from the obvious Charlemagne and Genghis Khan.

It’s hard for me to say; I’d say William the Conqueror for example is one of the Middle Ages’ most famous Kings, but do his achievements really supersede someone like Ioannes II just because he’s less known? Be curious as to who you guys would nominate for lvl 5 fame/devotion.
