-Console QoL- Cursor Toggle

I know you can hold in the joystick to get tooltips, but we can’t freely highlight on the flight like a mouse to view claims, alliances, traits, etc. if you had a button that you could click and move from the “highlight selector” style to a cursor without having to stop everything your doing to engage the tooltip gauntlet would be awesome.
