Feels like with every ruler I'm going on hunts, pilgramiges and hosting feasts. Just because I want to trade one resource for another.

But then my ruler becomes known as a hunter, reviler and wise man. And after they die it mentions how they loved to hunt, but then it's not really unique to them anymore since every other generation is a lover of hunts as well.

it would be great if there was other options to achieve the same results. Maybe instead of hunting you could help your marshal deal with bandits and such. Instead of holding a feast you could have a tea party... Hold a tournament, fishing trips raise horses hold a sermon, hunt heretics in a neighboring province ... whatever it might be. Just different ways of making a rulers life more unique rather than endless hunts and feasts.
