Best way to revive the Roman empire in 1066 as a count

Post Body

As the title says, I want to do a run to revive the Roman empire starting as a count and without claiming my liege's title, I usually do this in 867 as Napoli and I succeeded many times

I wanna try it in 1066 as a lowly count against the HRE and ERE, forming the Roman empire and kick everyone into submission

It seemed interesting doing so where there are two big empires in Europe and a small force changes the history, the role-playing potential seems unlimited (I wouldn't mind marrying Matilda on my way cs why not)

Thanks to everyone who helps
