[Mod Question]Can duchies be reassigned to another kingdom by events/commands?

I was wondering if this was possible. My idea is that as a Titular King holding a de jure duchy of another kingdom, you might be able to force that King to recognize your claim. I think de jure drift might accomplish this (I need to check that) but why not be able to do this via a war? Say I'm the Titular King of Naples and I want the bastard de'Hautville King of Sicily to recognize that I'm not part of him, whether he thinks those stupid Norman laws say it or not.

Might be interesting, especially with all the new duchies that seems to be popping up in mods for various Republics.
