i can't seem to activate device for xbox one

So I've had crunchyroll for a few months and use it on a daily basis, but only problem I have is that I can't activate device code to access it and I'm usually forced to log in manually.
Can anyone explain why I can't seem to activate my xbox one device to crunchyroll
